eLPMS is a web-based system to establish the traditional LPMS processes!
Through this architecture it is easy to set up a company structure at the system and to get the required information from each place of the world. The data will be collected directly at the shop-floor by the operator and the system provides the defined KPIs, reports and charts.
The eLPMS processes includes the following steps:
- Load target data into the system (eg. planned number of parts to produce)
- Enter real data into eLPMS (eg. real number of produced parts)
- Enter downtime and the related downtime codes (eg. no material for 10 minutes)
- Get your calculated KPIs automatically (eg. OEE)
- Set up your corrective actions and control it
Possibilities to collect the required information like number of produced parts, downtimes etc.:
- Manual data collection via paper templates - eLPMS data input at a central office
- eLPMS data input at a central workstation directly at the shop-floor
- Direct eLPMS data input via PC at the operator machine
- Direct eLPMS data input via interactice Smart Board directly at the operator machine
There are different possibilities to visualize the shop-floor information directly at a production area, product line, machine group or single machine:
- Smart Board - Interactive display to guarantee a big visualization and to enter data directly on the screen (interactive solution)
- Plasma Display - Connected with a PC to visualize the information for everybody (big visualization)
- TFT Monitor - Visualization of the relevant information (small visualization but not expensive)
