e-Kanban Workshop “Analysis”
This workshop will show you the possibilities of an e-Kanban system in order to find the best possible software solution for your individual Kanban processes. Therefore it is necessary to analyse the existing processes together with the team to find and to define the new optimised e-Kanban processes. Further on all requirements of the customer will be evaluated to find a first basic solution.

e-Kanban Workshop “Kick-off”
The aim of this workshop is to start an e-Kanban project and to clarify the missing unclear details. Finale e-Kanban processes will be defined and Solutions about all requirements of the customer will be worked out. Additionally all software-technical details will be defined as well as all necessary actions for the customer and the manufactus Team.
- Definition of the final e-Kanban processes (incl. selection of the software modules, scan-stations, hardware, Kanban tools, etc.)
- Definition of additional requirements (customer specific requirements, Kanban card layout, interfaces, etc.)
- Predefinition of actions to be realised next
e-Kanban Workshop “Review & Optimisation”
The aim of this workshop is to watch and to improve the existing processes in regular terms, after the completion of an e-Kanban project. Also the possibility exists to train new employees and to write down new requirements of the customer.
Of course the manufactus Team also presents new solutions and possibilities, which will be realised through the improvements of the e-Kanban Software.
