Supplier Kanban at Dynapac

Dynapac located in the North of Germany uses the manufactus e-Kanban system IKS to manage their Kanban loops to external suppliers and other Dynapac locations.

The company defines standard processes for their Kanban call-offs and creates the basis to analyze their inventory levels and delivery lead times.
